Great performance deserves great recognition. Bow.

I am not the type of person who will kill to get an award or be recognized at work for stellar contributions and achievements. I’d rather kill someone undeserving and yet being awarded and applauded! Of course I’m kidding… but I am just being HONEST. I think it is important that employers should put extra care in recognizing the ‘best assets’ of the company, otherwise it may result to catastrophe in the organization.

Suddenly writing this post, I am evidently beating around the bush and don’t want to be straightforward. But I know that this blog is the only place where I can vent out my thoughts on this subject. Sigh.

Thank goodness I still know how to become an obedient human employee.
